Our local guide will meet you in Cairo at 7 am for pickup by our VIP van class and then drive directly to the Giza Pyramids to visit the Sphinx Temple before reaching the famous pyramids, where we’ll take some pictures before moving forward towards the Memphis Museum, which was built as a memorial temple dedicated to the Pharaoh. You will proceed to Sakkara, which has the Step Pyramid Complex attributed to King Zoser (2700 B.C.)

Itinerary

Giza, Memphis, and Sakkara

Your Egypt Life Tours manager and guide will be waiting at Port Said Port. You will see them holding a sign with your name. They will not require you to search for them.

Your guides will be there to give you their full attention from the moment you start your tour. They will talk with you about the route and other aspects of the tour.

Enjoy a spectacular view of the Pyramids of Cheops and Chephren as you drive to Giza, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. After visiting the Great Sphinx and Valley Temple, take a great photo stop to explore Sakkara, located 27 km Southwest of Cairo. You will also visit the Step Pyramids of Sakkara, the first true Pyramids constructed for King Zoser.

Finally, you will be taken back to Port Said, where you can take some photos and then drive back to the cruise ship approximately two hours before you depart.

The day trip to Cairo was designed to allow you to see most of Egypt quickly.
